Kalamazoo Collective Housing will soon be launching a community investment program to fund our affordable housing and neighborhood development work. We will seek small loans from individuals, businesses, and other allies who want to invest in socially responsible projects.

Loan Terms

KCH will offer investments in the amounts of $5000, $7000, and $10,000.

Investors will choose a loan rate from 0.0% to 4.0%. Loan terms will be negotiable and range from 5 to 10 years.
